Why join us?
People choose to volunteer for a variety of reasons. For some, it offers the chance to give something back to the community or make a difference to the people around them. For others, it provides an opportunity to develop new skills or build on existing experience and knowledge. Regardless of the motivation, what unites them all is that they find it both challenging and rewarding. Volunteers are often the glue that holds an event together. So if you are looking to impact your community by helping in one of our events, we need you!
Open positions & requirements
We are looking for volunteers to secure the routes, distribute competition packages, support information points for participants and spectators, service the cloakroom area, feed zones, official parking and welcome participants at the finish line (medal awarding).
We are looking for responsible, and disciplined individuals or groups with a pleasant attitude and a strong team spirit to facilitate the event experience to athletes as well as the spectators.

**Application Schedule**
Registrations for the L'Etape Romania volunteer team will OPEN in May 2024. Please come back here to access the Registration Portal.
**Selection Process**
Based on the information collected through the application form, we will make a first selection by prioritizing the roles that have not filled their available places. By default, we will get in touch with you and set a time slot for the interview with one of the Team Managers, between August 19-23. Interest in the event is very high and the time we have available to process registration requests is limited. If you are not selected for an interview, it is very possible that your interest in a particular role does not match the vacancies. Please do not take this to heart 🙂
**Event Preparation**
If you've been selected to join the team, congratulations! During the week of the event, we will send you complete information about the role you will have, including the implementation / training schedule, the people you will coordinate with on the day of the competition and your responsibilities.
